Friendly staff and the restaurant served good breakfasts during the one night we stayed here. 😊

The staff here were friendly and pleasant throughout my stay, and the location near the cathedral was fantastic, with the added bonus of having Taqueria de la Union nearby for a bite to eat.

The venue was stunningly beautiful, I appreciated the stay and the location was unbeatable right by the Paseo de Montejo, and bars, cantinas, coffee shops, museums, art and clothes shops, bus tours, and restaurants. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. Tried some nice meals at La Casa de mi Tia, located right by the hotel...

The staff there were amicable and LOVELY. The hotel's location was central, to the parks nearby. Centro de Merida district was worth staying in.

The hotel is an excellent base for a trip in Merida. The location is lovely and amazing and close enough to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff is affable and lovely, which is an advantage. The main square is in the immediate vicinity.

We had a wonderful stay at Kavia in Merida. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a private shower. The staff were helpful and the location was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The wifi was reliable and the air conditioning was fantastic. The hotel itself is charming and the lobby has a beautiful, old-world ambiance. We also enjoyed the nice pool and the convenience of secure, off-street parking. The breakfast options were limited but sufficient, with a choice of eggs, fruit, and coffee. our experience at Hotel Real Toledo By Kavia was easy and comfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located near many tourist attractions and parks which made it easy to explore the city. the hotel offered a nice pool for relaxation and a tasty breakfast of eggs and toast. The private parking was also a plus.

The noise level was quite high which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Live music from nearby establishments kept us up late at night and the room was not soundproof enough to block it out.

The Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The historic-style wooden furniture and central pool area created a charming and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, very close to the city center and surrounded by great restaurants and entertainment options. The staff, especially Kavia, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I was particularly impressed by Marcial, who even went out late at night to get medicine for my aunt. The hotel truly stood out for its beautiful building and exceptional service.

My stay at Hotel Real Toledo By Kavia was fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the main square. I also appreciated the option to park my car in a private parking area. The staff at the hotel were really nice and always available to help with any questions or concerns. The freshly made breakfast each morning was a delightful way to start the day.

We had a great stay - the hotel's excellent location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast made our trip enjoyable. The hotel is just a short walk away from the main square, where all the tourist attractions and parks are located. It also has a private parking lot, which was convenient for us. Moreover, the cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive, especially the pool, which we loved!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its prime location granted us easy access to the parks, tourist attractions in the main square, and other highlights around town. The room was cozy with all the necessary amenities, and the service was outstanding. The included breakfast was decent. The old-world Mexican style and the pool added to the charm.

The restroom area in our room had some small insects, but the hotel staff promptly solved the issue and moved us to a better room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. We enjoyed the traditional Mexican style decor and the free, secure off-street parking was a great convenience. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurant options nearby and a plaza with shopping just a couple of blocks away.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better with some minor improvements such as an extra roll of toilet paper and purified water bottles. there were some issues with noise and lighting in the room.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. We loved the beautiful building and the friendly staff. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were also pleased with the size of the bed and the decent wifi connection. Another advantage was the availability of parking, which was convenient for us as we had rented a car.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the room we were initially given was extremely noisy and small.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Free parking and free breakfast were a nice bonus. The pool was a refreshing place to relax during our romantic escape.

The room was not what we expected as the pictures were deceiving. The bed was smaller than advertised and there wasn't enough room for our suitcases.
